Jordan Wade is a well-travelled journalist, host and producer who is passionate about culture, cities, community engagement and great stories.

Originally from Toronto, he's made stops in Montreal, Kelowna, Melbourne and Seoul before moving to Vancouver in 2011 to attend the Graduate School of Journalism at UBC.  Wade currently hosts and produces a variety of video segments on Novus TV and is the co-producer of Discorder Radio on CiTR 101.9 FM, a weekly radio show featuring up-and-coming artists in the Vancouver music scene.

His freelance projects include cultural reporting at each of the last four Olympics. This including working for Yahoo Sports at Vancouver 2010, for CBC at London 2012, as a documentary filmmaker at Sochi 2014 (directing the film, Sochi Pride) and on the grassroots web series Real Rio @ Rio 2016.

He's had the pleasure of hosting and/or reporting a wide range of events including the FIFA Women's World Cup, TEDx Vancouver, Telus World Ski & Snowboard Festival,  Vancouver Fashion Week, The Western Canadian Hip Hop Awards and the 102nd Grey Cup to name a few.
